Settlement with Consul AR SA
After long negotiations, we were able to reach an out of court settlement with our Consul AR SA, our original provider for the TSE homogenization systems.
The following letter was sent out to inform our distribution partners:
“Dear Partners, we are writing to inform you that Prionics and our original provider for the TSE homogenization systems (MediFASTH, FASTH, FASTH2 and Prypcons) - Consul AR SA - have settled their dispute in Italy, effective January 28, 2009. Both partners have expressed their satisfaction that an agreement has been reached. With the settlement, the homogenization system of choice required by your customers for the TSE testing may be ordered either directly from Prionics or from Consul. It remains our objective to best serve you and end users irrespective of which homogenization system is chosen.
