Our diagnostics laboratory is situated in one of Europe’s largest P3 biosafety facilities at our R&D center in Switzerland and provides prion diagnostic services for the meat industry and various authorities. Our diagnostics laboratory is also accredited for Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (BVD) and bluetongue diagnostics. Additionally, the Prionics laboratory offers a testing service for Tuberculosis in primates, using our PRIMAGAM® test.
Thanks to our experienced team we can guarantee minimal turnaround times for testing while meeting the highest standards of reliability. Prionics applies an end-to-end; internally-developed tracking system that eliminates the risk of samples being mixed-up during test procedures. Within only a few hours test results are available and immediately communicated to the customer.
